Legal AI company Harvey is hosting a Toronto workshop on October 28, bringing another opportunity for the city’s legal community to connect with the company as it expands its Canadian presence.
The workshop comes amid growing investment in Harvey’s Canadian operations. As LegalTech.ca reported in September, the company serves more than 100 Canadian law firms and legal teams and employs more than 30 people in Canada following the opening of its Toronto office in 2025.
That expansion has included support for firms working through the practical challenges of adopting AI. In a June interview with LegalTech.ca, Toronto-based Legal Innovation Partner Joe Marando emphasized the importance of lawyer training, workflow redesign and change management in moving beyond pilot projects.
Harvey has also been raising its profile locally. Toronto was among the cities included in the company’s “Agreements Make History” global brand campaign, launched in September to highlight the role of lawyers in turning shared intentions into enforceable agreements.
