Clio Named One of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2025

News Brief, November 23, 2025

Clio has been recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2025.

Vancouver’s Clio has been named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures™ for 2025, a national honour recognizing organizations that build exceptional workplace cultures and sustained competitive advantage. The program, founded and presented by Waterstone Human Capital, highlights companies whose values-driven leadership and people-first practices fuel performance and long-term success.

“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures,” said Marina Harris, Chief People Officer at Clio. “This award recognizes our core belief that our greatest competitive advantage is our people. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every employee can do the best work of their career, and in doing so, build a winning company that is transforming the legal experience for all. This recognition from Waterstone Human Capital validates that commitment.”

Winners of the 2025 awards are being featured in a full-page announcement in the National Post and a Canada-wide press release.

“The 2025 Canada’s Most Admired award recipients exemplify how culture drives performance, especially in the face of economic uncertainty and other recruitment and retention challenges,” said Marty Parker, President and CEO of Waterstone Human Capital and Chair of the program. “This year’s winning leaders and organizations actively craft culture in alignment with their purpose and values every day, and help drive culture as competitive advantage.”

Clio will be celebrated at the Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures Summit and Awards Celebration on March 31, 2026.

Headquartered in Burnaby with offices in Toronto and Calgary, Clio operates with a global workforce of more than 2,000 employees, and additional hubs in the UK, Spain, Australia, and Colombia.
