Canadian legaltech leader Clio is taking aim at the global enterprise market with the launch of Clio for Enterprise, a new division and product suite tailored for large law firms and corporate legal departments.
The comprehensive offering includes Clio Operate, Vincent by Clio, Clio Library, and Clio Docket, expanding Clio’s platform beyond small and mid-sized firms to meet the complex demands of the world’s largest legal organizations.
“Clio for Enterprise is the culmination of years of investment and a clear vision for the future of legal technology,” said Jack Newton, Clio’s CEO and Founder. “Our mission to transform the legal experience for all now extends to the world’s largest legal teams and global firms.”
Clio Operate, evolved from the ShareDo platform acquired earlier this year, serves as an adaptive work management hub for large firms, offering configurable governance, analytics, and collaboration tools.
Vincent by Clio, the company’s enterprise-grade legal AI engine, delivers explainable results and advanced reasoning capabilities. Already in use by eight of the ten largest global law firms, Vincent delivers a 3.7x accuracy boost and 38% productivity lift across key workflows.
New capabilities in Vincent for Enterprise include:
- Vincent Studio, enabling firms to build custom AI tools without coding;
- Drafting, automating complex contract generation; and
- Integrations with iManage, NetDocuments, and SharePoint.
Clio Library, powered by data from vLex, offers access to more than one billion editorially enriched legal documents across 110 jurisdictions, while Clio Docket provides structured litigation tracking and integrated court data across jurisdictions.
To support the new offering, Clio has created a dedicated Enterprise division, bringing together product, engineering, and customer success teams with deep large-firm expertise.
“The future of Big Law belongs to firms and legal teams that harness technology to lead their markets,” Newton said. “Clio for Enterprise is our investment in that future.”
