Appara debuts Estate Admin, streamlining probate and estate administration for legal professionals in British Columbia and Ontario.
Appara, the Vancouver-based automation platform for legal professionals, has launched Appara Estate Admin, a new solution designed to simplify and accelerate probate and estate administration.
With the release, lawyers and legal staff in British Columbia and Ontario can now manage estate matters within the same platform they already use for corporate, real estate, and estate planning work—creating a unified digital experience across multiple practice areas.
Appara Estate Admin enables firms to generate court-required probate and estate documents quickly and accurately by automating repetitive tasks such as form population and document creation. The platform includes features for parties management, inventory tracking of assets and liabilities, customizable client intake questionnaires, preloaded financial institution references, and digital signing where permitted.
“Our new Estate Administration solution is designed to be straightforward and easy to use—we didn’t overcomplicate things,” said Dagney Benton, Head of Business, Estates at Appara. “Legal professionals get the tools they need to manage estate files with clarity and confidence, allowing them to deliver accurate, compliant outcomes more efficiently.”
Fully integrated with the broader Appara ecosystem, Estate Admin links estate documents to existing client records, reducing administrative overhead and ensuring consistent, automated entity management. The solution is modular, allowing firms to pay only for the features they need.
Appara Estate Admin is now available to legal professionals in British Columbia and Ontario.
