Alexi Unveils AI Workflow Library for Law Firms

News Brief, September 23, 2025

Alexi launches Workflow Library, offering customizable AI automations to streamline transactional and litigation tasks while maintaining compliance and quality.

Toronto-based legal intelligence platform Alexi has launched a new Workflow Library, a collection of ready-to-use and customizable AI workflows designed to automate high-volume and high-value legal tasks.

The release comes as law firms increasingly explore how generative AI can support practice. According to industry data, 63% of lawyers expect AI to play a bigger role in their work in the near future. Alexi’s Workflow Library aims to meet that demand with tools that balance automation, compliance, and professional oversight.

For transactional lawyers, the library offers workflows for contract review, ownership and entity analysis, diligence memos, and risk assessments. Litigation teams can access automations for drafting, transcript summarization, production analysis, and damage assessment.

“The promise of AI is to enable law firms to deliver significantly more value to significantly more clients,” said Mark Doble, CEO of Alexi. “The Workflow Library is a critical part of making this a reality. By correctly harnessing the power of foundational models, complex processes can be automated step by step, while maintaining control and oversight in the hands of professionals.”

The Workflow Library tackles some of the most pressing challenges facing law firms today, from automating repetitive, high-value tasks without adding headcount, to embedding firm playbooks and institutional knowledge directly into repeatable processes. It ensures outputs are client-ready and aligned with precedent and best practices, while providing secure deployment in a private environment that safeguards sensitive data.

Alexi says the Workflow Library is designed for broad adoption across practice groups, offering immediate ROI and flexibility for firms to customize workflows to their unique standards and style.

With hundreds more workflow automations planned for release, the Workflow Library marks another step in Alexi’s effort to help law firms scale their capacity, improve client outcomes, and grow without compromising professional standards.
