In 2022, lawyer Tyler Benoliel founded Incorporight in Toronto.
Benoliel’s career goal is “to unite legal rigour with cutting-edge technology to shape the future of corporate management.”
His Ontario startup launched a digital platform to simplify the process of starting and maintaining corporations for entrepreneurs in Canada.
This year, Benoliel rebranded Incorporight around a bigger, bolder vision.
CorpRite Technologies officially launched this month offering enterprise-grade tools for law firms, accelerators, and investors to manage corporate records and equity “with clarity and trust.”
“I’m proud to share that Incorporight has officially become Corprite Technologies,” Benoliel recently stated online.
The change “reflects more than just a name,” according to Benoliel, who describes the rebrand as “a signal of our evolution from a single product into a broader vision.”
“Our flagship platform, CorpRite, sits at the heart of this transformation,” he said.
Corporate records are often scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, email threads, and legacy books, notes Benoliel. Managing records, equity, and actions across disconnected systems opens up risk and slows down workflows.
Through CorpRite, users can manage corporate entities, minute books, cap tables, equity instruments, and governance workflows in one connected platform, he says—with AI-assisted onboarding and a blockchain-backed audit trail.
The product aims to provide “a single source of truth for corporate records, equity, and governance.”
“Our mission is simple,” CorpRite states online. “To eliminate complexity, reduce risk, and enable faster, smarter decisions across the corporate lifecycle.”
