Austin’s DISCO Brings AI-Powered Legaltech Tool ‘Auto Review’ to Canadian Market

Knowlton Thomas, April 27, 2026

A company developing litigation technology out of Texas is expanding services to Canada.

Austin’s DISCO, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker LAW, has brought its generative AI solution Auto Review north of the border.

As the volume of litigation data grows, legal teams face pressure to review more documents faster without sacrificing quality or control. DISCO Auto Review is a purpose-built tool that works with lawyers to help deliver fast results (processing up to 32,000 documents per hour) and allows them to focus on strategy while maintaining an accurate and defensible review process.

“Legal teams can’t sacrifice quality for speed, but they’re under pressure to deliver both,” explains DISCO’s Senior Director, Product Management, Liad Levinson.

“Auto Review delivers better results faster and gives teams the ability to complete reviews in hours instead of weeks, with higher accuracy than manual methods,” says Levinson, which “means getting to the substance of a case sooner—understanding what matters, building strategy, and making decisions that move litigation forward.”

“We’re excited to bring this to legal professionals in Canada,” he said.

Beyond launching Auto Review in Canada, the company also made two additional announcements. First, DISCO rolled out its scaled Agentic AI offering, an enhancement that adds an autonomous, multi-step reasoning engine to its Cecilia Q&A tool. Second, the firm unveiled an all-inclusive platform solution that introduces a new pricing approach to meet evolving litigation needs.

DISCO, short for “Discovery,” was founded in Houston in 2012 by Kiwi Camara, Kent Radford, Gabe Krambs, and Barry Hagan before relocating to Austin in 2018, going public in 2021, and launching their first AI-powered tool, Cecilia, in 2023.
