Array Launches AI Platform for Litigation Workflows

News Brief, March 16, 2026

Litigation support provider Array has launched Array Intelligence, a new AI-driven platform designed to connect the full litigation workflow—from data ingestion and document review to deposition analysis and courtroom testimony.

The launch comes as the company expands its presence in Canada. Array recently opened a dedicated office in Toronto as part of its 2026 expansion into the Canadian market, supporting litigation services including eDiscovery and court reporting.

The company’s growth has also included strategic acquisitions, most notably its 2024 purchase of Ricoh’s eDiscovery business, which strengthened its capabilities and footprint across North America.

Array Intelligence brings together the company’s automation tools, analytics capabilities, and AI-powered workflows into a single platform intended to streamline complex litigation processes.

The system is organized around three components—Platform Intelligence, Review Intelligence, and Testimony Intelligence—each focused on different stages of litigation. Together, they link traditionally separate steps such as data processing, document review, and deposition analysis into a more integrated workflow.

The platform allows legal teams to upload, process, and archive litigation data with greater automation. Artificial intelligence can prioritize and summarize documents alongside human oversight, while depositions and hearings can be converted into searchable insights within minutes. Dashboards provide real-time visibility into case activity, costs, and usage.

“Array Intelligence represents an important milestone in our evolution,” said Thadd Hale, Chief Executive Officer at Array. “We’ve invested heavily in proprietary automation and carefully selected best-in-class technology partners, and now we’re unifying those capabilities into a more connected model. When data flows seamlessly from ingestion to review to testimony, AI becomes more than a productivity tool—it becomes a strategic advantage.”

Chief Technology Officer Cory Flynn said the goal is to help legal teams manage increasingly complex litigation data while maintaining transparency and control.

“Litigation data is only becoming more complex,” Flynn said. “Array Intelligence connects automation, analytics, and AI into one coordinated framework, so legal teams can move with speed and precision without losing visibility or control. Our focus has always been practical innovation—technology that strengthens legal judgment rather than replacing it.”

The launch reflects a broader shift in the legal technology sector toward more integrated platforms that combine eDiscovery, analytics, and courtroom workflows. As AI adoption accelerates across the legal industry, litigation support providers are increasingly looking to connect traditionally separate tools into unified systems that help legal teams manage growing volumes of case data.
