Relativity has released the general availability of aiR for Case Strategy, a generative AI–powered case intelligence solution designed to help lawyers and litigation professionals develop case narratives faster and earlier in a matter’s lifecycle.
The new capability from Relativity enables legal teams to automatically extract facts from documents and transcripts, visualize fact chronologies, accelerate deposition preparation, and generate summaries of documents, witnesses, and testimony. The tool is intended to help teams move more quickly from large volumes of data to strategic insight, particularly in complex disputes and litigation.
According to Relativity, more than 50 customers participated in a limited general availability program, collectively extracting approximately 600,000 facts using the solution. Early users reported significant time savings, improved collaboration, and greater scalability, with tasks that once took hours now completed in minutes.
aiR for Case Strategy also introduces timeline visualizations to identify gaps in evidence, holistic witness summaries to support deposition decisions, and AI-generated interview questions grounded in underlying documents and facts. Transcript-focused features allow teams to summarize lengthy depositions, annotate testimony, and designate key excerpts for trial preparation.
Within the RelativityOne platform, aiR for Case Strategy functions as a centralized hub for case intelligence, allowing teams to move from document review to case strategy, witness preparation, and trial planning within a single collaborative environment.
