ILTA is now accepting nominations for its 2026 Influential Women in Legal Tech list, recognizing mentorship and impact across the global legal technology community.
The International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) has opened nominations for its 2026 Influential Women in Legal Tech list, an annual celebration recognizing women who are driving meaningful change across the global legal technology ecosystem.
Since launching the program in 2020, ILTA has used International Women’s History Month each March to spotlight leaders who exemplify mentorship, innovation, and impact in legal tech. The list has become one of the sector’s most respected honours, reflecting the contributions of women who are shaping legal operations, building transformative products, and elevating the next generation of industry professionals.
For 2026, ILTA is encouraging its members, business partners, and the broader legal technology community to nominate or self-nominate candidates who are making a demonstrable difference in the field. Nominations are open now and must be submitted by January 23rd.
A panel of ILTA volunteers and subject-matter experts will review all submissions. While ILTA emphasizes that many women across the profession are making influential contributions every day, the annual list highlights a select group of nominees whose leadership and mentorship stand out on a global scale.
The 2026 honourees will be announced in March as part of ILTA’s annual International Women’s History Month programming.
